The cow gets it all started and along the way the folks at Purity do their part to put good, cold milk, cheese, and my favorite, ice cream, on tables across the region.  Sophistication applied over the years to the process has sped it up, made it healthier, and even provided an industrial symmetry appealing to the eye, such as this engineered labyrinth of satiny stainless steel.  Founded by the Ezell family in the 20’s and incorporated as Purity Dairy in 1946.  After much expansion, the family sold the business to Dean Foods in 1998, but Mark Ezell remains president and several members of the Ezell family continue to work there.
